Ethics and Care in Service

Jessica is an educator, coach and advisor with extensive experience working with clients of varying ages in both traditional and nontraditional educational and professional settings. Her clients range from elementary students to at-risk teenagers, from stay-at-home moms to C-suite executives, community college attendees to Ivy League graduate students, and family office managers to small business owners. She's equally comfortable working with pro bono clients or high-net-worth individuals. Jessica serves clients across the nation one-on-one and in groups, supporting them with evidence-based skills and strategies to develop and bring about their academic, career and personal best. Using an accountability-based approach and a sense of humor, she tailors each interaction to individual personalities, interests and needs. She often works on teams with therapists and psychiatrists and has a strong background in supporting clients with neurodivergence, ADHD, depression and anxiety. Jessica brings a rich background of teaching experience from kindergarten through the collegiate level, in both in-person and remote learning formats. She has coordinated and coached several youth sports, advised large and small organizations as a nonprofit management consultant, directed several nonprofits, and worked as an attorney in both the public and private sector. Jessica served as the director of a before and after public school enrichment program. She has homeschooled three children for over a decade, the oldest of whom will attend Yale College after taking a gap year. A member of the Special Jesuit Liberal Arts Program, Jessica graduated from the University of Scranton with a BA in English, Philosophy, and Spanish. She received her JD from Temple University Beasley School of Law. Jessica serves on the boards of several professional, social, and philanthropic organizations.

Testimonials

“[My student] improved and changed so much since starting with Jess. I've noticed huge changes in how he communicates with me AND he's actually taking some responsibility. BOTH were nonexistent before! He is connected again. Thanks!”

Parent

“Jess is an awesome presenter! I wish I had this training earlier. It seems simple but it wasn't until she explained it. I really liked the practical tips too and that Jess didn’t judge us. She told great stories. She was down to earth and funny but smart too.”

Training Participant

“Jessica is easy to talk to! While I don’t always like what she says, she has really helped me learn how to talk to my supervisor, manage my staff, and to say "no" to colleagues in a kind way. Boundaries and self regulation benefit me in work and beyond!”
